1P-ETH-LAD

1-Propionyl-6-ethyl-6-nor-lysergic acid diethyamide (also known as 1P-ETH-LAD) is a semisynthetic psychedelic substance of the lysergamide chemical class. It is a designer drug analog and suspected prodrug to ETH-LAD, which shares a close structural relationship with LSD and 1P-LSD. Anecdotal reports suggest that this compound produces largely similar psychedelic effects comparable to ETH-LAD or AL-LAD.

Like its parent compound ETH-LAD, this compound has been reported to be moderately to significantly more potent than LSD itself. 1P-LSD

1-Propionyl-d-lysergic acid diethylamide (also known as 1P-LSD) is a novel semi-synthetic psychedelic substance of the lysergamide class. 1P-LSD is closely related to LSD and is reported to produce near-identical effects. Little is known about the pharmacology of 1P-LSD, but it likely produces its psychedelic effects by acting on serotonin receptors in the brain.

Subjective effects of 1P-LSD are extremely similar to those of LSD. 1P-LSD is theorized to act as a prodrug for LSD. The similarities in chemical structure between 1P-LSD and LSD predicts a near-identical effect profile, likely differing mainly in its rate of absorption and duration. Characteristics effects include geometric visual hallucinations, time distortion, enhanced introspection, and ego loss. Its classical psychedelic effects and favorable tolerability has led it to become popular among novel psychoactive substance users who use it interchangeably with LSD.

AL-LAD

6-Allyl-6-nor-lysergic acid diethylamide (also known as N-allyl-nor-lysergic acid N,N-diethylamide, N-allyl-nor-LSD, or commonly as AL-LAD is a psychedelic substance of the lysergamide class. AL-LAD is chemically similar to LSD and has a similar mechanism of action, working primarily by binding to serotonin receptors in the brain.

The effects of AL-LAD as similar to those of LSD with some subtle differences. It is thought to either be equally or moderately less potent than LSD itself, with an active dose reported at between 75 and 150 micrograms. It is often described as being more visually-oriented but with a less introspective headspace. It also has a moderately shorter duration and is generally considered to be a less anxiety-provoking and challenging version of LSD.

Very little data exists about the pharmacological properties, metabolism, and toxicity of AL-LAD. While it is often characterized by users as being generally more recreational and non-threatening compared to LSD, it is highly advised to approach this highly potent hallucinogenic substance with the proper amount of precaution and harm reduction practices if using it.

ALD-52 (New)

1-Acetyl-N,N-diethyllysergamide (also known as ALD-52, 1-Acetyl-LSD, 1A-LSD, 1A-LAD, and mistakenly as Orange Sunshine) is a lesser-known psychedelic substance of the lysergamide class that produces LSD-like psychedelic effects when administered. It is structurally related to psychedelic lysergamides like LSD and 1P-LSD and is reported to produce largely indistinguishable effects.

As with LSD itself, ALD-52 does not meet the criteria to be considered addictive or toxic by the scientific community.Nevertheless, unpredictable adverse reactions such as anxiety, paranoia, delusions and psychosis are always possible, particularly among those who are predisposed to psychiatric disorders.While these negative reactions or “bad trips” can often be attributed to factors like user inexperience or improper preparation of set and setting, they are known to happen spontaneously among even highly experienced users as well. It is highly advised to approach this very potent, long-lasting hallucinogenic substance with the proper amount of preparation, and harm reduction practices if using it.

ETH-LAD has been shown to be moderately to significantly more potent than LSD itself in animal studies with an active dose reported at between 40 and 100 micrograms.

ETH-LAD has also been reported to more readily produce adverse physical effects such as severe and persisting nausea, temperature dysregulation, and generalized bodily discomfort, particularly at higher doses.This has been speculated to owe itself to an unusually sensitive and unpredictable dose-response curve, as low to common dose experiences are generally described as being very manageable and non-threatening.

While the subjective effects of ETH-LAD are reported to largely overlap with those of LSD, it has been noted for the tendency to be more visually and auditorily distortive, introspective, analytical and immersive yet with the capacity to produce pronounced discomforting physical effects like severe and persisting nausea, and temperature dysregulation past the common dose range in a seemingly unpredictable manner.

Etizolam

Etizolam (also known as Etilaam, Etizola, Sedekopan, Etizest, Pasaden or Depas) is a thienodiazepine derivative which is a benzodiazepine analog.

The etizolam molecule differs from a benzodiazepine in that the benzene ring has been replaced by a thiophene ring and triazole ring has been fused, making the drug a thienotriazolodiazepine.
